Super 8 by Wyndham Duluth

I've always had a GREAT, easy, relaxing, stress free stay here! The Staff is always warm and inviting for a bit of conversation, and are always ready to assist you with anything you may need.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the interstate and was less than five miles to get to the aerial bridge. It is showing some age but again it's a value oriented hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. There is no elevator so try to request for a room in the main level if you have a lot of luggage OR have mobility issues. The room itself was clean and spacious enough. A clean bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. The bed was surprisingly comfortable! The breakfast was very basic but glad they had fruits. Overall, a great value for the price paid.

We needed a hotel that was near enough to the hospital, allowed us to bring our dogs, was reasonably priced, and was clean and comfortable…we got all of that in our stay at Super 8 Wyndham in Duluth! I was nervous when I booked them that because they accept pets that it would be dirty and smelly and rundown, but it was the only economical hotel that said it accepted any size dogs (we have to black labs)…it was surprisingly and wonderfully just the opposite! Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was very clean and beds were comfortable, the halls and rooms smelled clean and pleasant, and the set up for dogs to be let outside was perfect! They even have waste collection bags and receptacle near the exit used for pet entry. We didn’t need to eat breakfast there so not sure about that part, but the quaint lobby was clean and nice. We saw people using the hot tub and so that was available as well as the typical ice machine, vending and laundry appliances were also accessible. If you go expecting a Hyatt or a Hilton you’ll be disappointed, but if you go looking for a clean comfortable room and beds to bring your pets and family on a small budget you’ll be happy with your experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I rarely write reviews, but Tami, the receptionist, deserves 5 stars and more!!! As a solo traveler, she made me feel safe and welcomed before I entered my room. She changed my room to a safer and quieter side without me asking for a change. She has exceptional customer service, and I loved that she multitasked, answering calls while helping me check in quickly. The rooms are renovated and very clean! I'll definitely stay here again!!!

I live in a place that doesn’t have fall foliage so I took a trip to MN and WI in October. I enjoyed staying here for a few nights. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was good and the location was convenient. Plus I got this cool photo as I was leaving early one morning. Bonus.

Room was a little dated, but you tell they were trying to modernize. King bed was comfortable and roomy Rugs could use a shampooing and room had an off odor. Stay was quiet and uneventful. Easy on/off I-35, Perkins across the street for meals. Staff was great and helpful.

Great very nice owner, locally owned, it has a sauna that’s a huge plus. Always biscuits and gravy in the morning. Modern rooms , a very nice pretty red haired lady who works the front desk. 6 out of 5!!!!
